Need to return equipment?
All of the products we carry are designed to assist seniors and people living with physical disabilities or in recovery, but sometimes it’s not the right fit!
If you need to return an item, we can help.
Our Policy
You may return most new, unopened items for a full refund within 48hrs of delivery or pickup with your original receipt. These items should be in their original packaging and have their serial number or UPC. Special order items are not returnable.
Returns will not be accepted if the item is:
- Opened, touched, or used
- Missing its serial number or UPC
- A special or custom order
- Return is initiated more then 48 hours after pickup or delivery
- All lift chair recliners will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee on Brisa Fabric (all non-Brisa fabric chairs are non-returnable)
- All Mattresses and Bathroom products are non-returnable
